1. Women with a large number of high-quality embryos
If more high-quality embryos (such as 5-8 high-quality cell-stage embryos) are obtained after ovulation promotion and the age is young (35 years old), priority can be given to maintaining cysts. Blastocyst culture can screen out embryos with greater development potential, and in addition, tertiary embryos may require careful evaluation.
2. Women who failed multiple transplants
If repeated transplants are not successful (such as ≥3 unexplained failures), it may be related to limited embryonic development potential. Nurang uses a natural elimination mechanism in vitro to screen out truly high-quality embryos and reduce the risk of failure caused by embryo quality problems.
3. Women requiring genetic screening (PGD/PGS)
The blastocyst stage is an appropriate period for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD/PGS). At this time, the biopsy will cause less damage to the embryo and the screening results will be more accurate, which will help select embryos for transfer without genetic abnormalities.
4. Women with good ovaries but need to postpone transplants
If the transplant needs to be postponed due to poor intimal environment, unstable hormone levels, or physical reasons, the embryos can be cryopreserved and then transplanted when the body conditions are suitable to avoid wasting high-quality embryos.
5. Women with suspected history of ectopic pregnancy or fallopian tube surgery
Nurturing bags can reduce the risk of ectopic pregnancy. Because the blastocyst is closer to the natural implantation time, it can take root in the uterus faster and reduce the possibility of migrating into the fallopian tubes.
precautions
·Risk warning: Nurturing cysts may increase the probability of monozygotic twins, and laboratory conditions (such as temperature and culture medium) directly affect the success rate.
·Personalized selection: For those who are older, have low ovarian function or have a small number of embryos, the need to carefully evaluate the need for maintaining cysts, and priority should be given to transplanting fresh embryos if necessary.
Nurturing the pouch is not "comprehensive" and needs to be comprehensively judged based on embryo quality, age, physical conditions and doctor's advice. It is recommended to condition the body before test tube to improve the quality of eggs and sperm, and lay the foundation for successful maintenance of cysts.
