Menstruation cycle and ovulation period

A woman's menstrual cycle is usually divided into several stages, the most critical of which is the ovulation period, which is the most likely period for a woman to conceive. Generally speaking

1. Menstruation cycle: From the first day after menstruation begins to the day before the next menstruation begins.

2. Ovulation period: Usually in the middle of the menstrual cycle, about 14 days before the next menstrual cycle.

Safe Period Contraception

The safe period contraceptive method, also known as natural contraceptive method, is a method based on avoiding sex near ovulation to reduce the risk of pregnancy. This method divides the menstrual cycle into

1. Easy conception period: A few days before and after the ovulation period, the probability of conception is higher.

2. Safe period: On days other than the easy conception period, the chance of conception is relatively low.

The probability of pregnancy in the same sex three days before menstruation

If you have sex three days before your period, this is theoretically a relatively safe period because

1. Close to menstruation: The ovulation period has passed at this time, the ovary has released the egg, and the chance of sperm encountering the egg is low.

2. The endometrium is ready to fall off: The body begins to prepare for the next menstruation, which is not conducive to the implantation of the fertilized egg.

However, it should be pointed out that the so-called "safety period" is not absolutely safe. The likelihood of conception is influenced by many factors, including

1. Irregular menstrual cycle: If the menstrual cycle is irregular, the ovulation period may be difficult to predict.

2. Extra ovulation: In some cases, a woman may expel multiple eggs within a month.

1. Using contraceptives: In order to prevent contraception more effectively, it is recommended to use condoms or other contraceptive methods.

2. Understand your body: Understand your own ovulation pattern by recording your menstrual cycle.

3. Avoid high-risk periods: If you don't want to get pregnant, it's better to avoid sex or use a more reliable contraceptive method during the fertile period.

Although the chance of getting pregnant in the same room three days before menstruation is relatively low, the so-called "safe period" contraceptive method is not completely reliable. In order to more effectively avoid unwanted pregnancies, more reliable contraceptive measures are recommended.
