From 2004 to 2006, he went to Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York to conduct research on the mechanism of maternal-fetal interface immunity and infection-related immunity. After returning to China, he continued to regulate reproductive immunity and maternal-fetal interface immunity, including: the role of lipoxins in implantation of fertilized eggs and pregnancy, the regulatory role of microparticles on pregnancy immunity and inflammation, and the regulation of hydrocarbon receptor AhR on pregnancy immunity. In recent years, he has focused on the study of the intimal immune microenvironment during implantation.
