Scientific research has long been committed to research on the pathological mechanisms related to the impact of reproductive endocrine disorders on female fertility and applied basic research on fertility maintenance. His main academic achievements include: 1.
Establish a nationwide community female fertility monitoring platform and a research platform on the physiological mechanism of reproductive endocrine disorders; 2. Clarify the potential impact of reproductive endocrine diseases on the epigenetics of oocytes and gene expression characteristics of oocytes matured in vitro, identify key genes that affect the invasion of trophoblast cells and embryo implantation, and improve embryo utilization; 3. Determine the pathological mechanism of reproductive endocrine disorders leading to decreased endometrial receptivity, and obtain endometrial molecular markers during the implantation window.
