He also obtained a doctorate in medical genetics from the University of Essen School of Medicine in Germany. Since then, she completed postdoctoral training at the Embryo and Stem Cell Research Laboratory at Wayne State University in Michigan, USA, focusing on in-depth research in areas such as premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome, and chromosomal abnormalities.

As Director of Embryology Laboratory (ELD) and Director of High Complexity Laboratory (HCLD) certified by the American Bioanalytical Council (ABB), she leads the technical optimization and quality management of the IVF laboratory, and her work covers key aspects such as embryo culture, genetic screening and fertility preservation.
