Dr.Salini Suhaila graduated from the University of Putra Malaysia in 2001 with a bachelor of medicine and a doctor of medicine. During her tenure in the Ministry of Health of Malaysia, she has accumulated rich working experience as a registrar of obstetrics and gynecology in various public hospitals such as Kota Baru Hospital, Putrajaya Hospital, Selayang Hospital, Sungai Buloh Hospital and Pusat Perubatan UKM Hospital. Her solid foundation in obstetrics and gynecology led her to pursue a master's degree in obstetrics and gynecology at Saban University in Kembang, Malaysia, and to receive specialist training at Sangui-BuloH Hospital in Selangor.
After her successful training, the Ministry of Health announced her as a clinical expert in obstetrics and gynecology and awarded her qualifications.

During her few years working at Uitm, Dr. Salini has been exposed to a large number of fertility cases, which has cultivated her great passion for reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technology.
Uitm,Salini,.Her commitment and strong interest in fertility have led her to the forefront of IVF treatment. From 2015 to 2017, she led the fertility department of UiTM Sungai Buloh Medical College and developed the department into well-known fertility case referral centers such as Sungai Buloh, Tanjung Karang in Selangor, and Slim River in Perak. Her success in fertility services led to the launch of an IVF shared care program between the UiTM Private Specialist Center and Metro IVF in 2016. Since then, the partnership between the two medical institutions has enabled more couples to realize their dreams of having children.
Dr. Salini has joined Metro IVF since October 1, 2017 and has become a resident fertility specialist.
