one. Department Overview

The Department of Reproductive Medicine of the Seventh Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army is the first reproductive medicine center of the troops stationed in Beijing established in 2005. The center has a total area of more than 900 square meters and has 5 clinics (including 1 andrology clinic) and 2 ultrasound rooms, including infertility

Conventional diagnosis and treatment equipment, AIH-relatedequipment, IVF/ICSI-ET-related equipment, PGSPGD-related equipment, the reproductive laboratory covers an area of more than 200 square meters, and has a reproductive medicine laboratory, artificial insemination laboratory, sperm collection room, and embryo culture

Nursing and freezing room, semen processing room, egg retrieval room, embryo transfer room and molecular genetics laboratory.

Thecenter currently has 2 well-known experts and 3 experts at or above deputy chief physician levels. It has nearly 30,000 emergency visits every year, and more than 2000 cycles are completed every year. There are 20 main series staff, including 1 master's degree and 5 doctor's degree.

people, master's degree or above ≥30%doctoral degree or above, and the number of senior technical positions ≥6 people. r

The Reproductive Medicine Center carries out routine diagnosis and treatment of infertility all year round, conducting in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET)(the first generation of IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)(the second generation of IVF), pre-transplant gene

Diagnosis (PGSPGD)(third generation IVF), vitrified embryo freezing and thawing technology, blastocyst culture, sperm freezing, egg freezing and other technical aspects are based on the forefront of international reproductive technology.

Since 2014, the center has been the first in China to develop a new method of microscopic sperm harvesting for patients with non-obstructive azoospermia. The main contribution is to propose microscopic sperm harvesting for patients with non-obstructive azoospermia. Simultaneously, the patient's spouse simultaneously promotes ovulation and removes oocytes to form fresh

Embryotransferred into the mother. Thismethod avoids the damage to patients 'sperm and embryos caused by freezing. In the past, such patients often could only obtain offspring through sperm donation. Now this method can enable some patients to obtain sperm from

Descendants of our own blood. The department has developed this technology for five years and has enabled dozens of couples to successfully conceive and deliver, and relevant data have been compiled and published.

Thecenter's natural cycle IVF/M technology, that is, the in vitro maturation (IVM) technology obtained by collecting dominant follicles in the natural cycle to obtain mature oocytes combined with immature oocytes obtained from small follicles, is currently a research carried out in the field of reproductive medicine in the world

Advanced assisted reproduction. It breaks through the traditional model of in vitro fertilization technology, which does not require the use of hormones. Naturally mature and immature eggs can be extracted directly from the mother, cultured in a special culture medium until mature, and replanted after fertilization

Parent. This avoids the trouble of injecting hormones, reduces the possible risk of ovarian stimulation, has fewer side effects on patients, and the process is safe and natural.
